I moved in under a "spring special" and was very pleased with the discount that I received. The maintenance company was very reliable, I don't recall ever having to wait more then 48 hours for them to come fix anything. The apartment was fairly clean at move-in, not clean enough to move into without THOROUGHLY cleaning first. It was a very quiet area. Pool was kept in very nice condition, as were the tennis courts. The only complete that I have is about the actual owners of the property. I was having some difficulty with breaking my lease and had wanted to speak with the owners, which the management company was very nice about. When I actually spoke with an owner (I believe that I was told that they are all lawyers) he was extremely rude! He interrupted me multiple times and would not allow me to finish my sentence, I have nothing nice to say about the way this man treated me. I have never felt so disrespected! He talked down to me through the entire conversation and made me feel horribly ignorant for not understanding one of the clauses in the buy-out section of the lease.
