I stayed here from 2001-2002.
I recommend this apartment for all the above. If you get a deal you are lucky.
There are no complaints for anything but, check about the clauses ( job transfer etc.) when you sign the lease. ( you can change them later too).
One of the best, if you want a calm and peaceful environment.
