If you are looking for an apartment I would not recommend this one. I have lived here for about 6 months now and I am very dissatisfied. The staff is awesome when you first come in to talk about the community, they will answer your questions with no problems but the answers they give you are not always true. When I got laid off from my job I had to take a less paying job, I called Green Hill?s main office and asked if they would have a problem with me moving to a cheaper apartment in the complex they stated I was unable to do so. Now when I first signed the lease I asked the person if they would be willing to work with you if something in the future was to happen and she very nicely told me of an incident that they did move someone to a less expensive apartment with no problem. Not true! So I asked if there was anyway I could break my lease to move to an apartment I could afford and I was told that if I did that I would have to pay the remainder of the lease (well if I could do that I would not be looking for a less expensive apartment now would I). But she was nice enough to give me the phone number to their building lawyer. When I called him he was completely rude. I explained what I could without him interrupting me to tell me I should be more responsible with my bills and learn how to pay them. I felt as if I was 5 years old being scolded by my mother.
