I have lived at Green Hill for 5 years. And have experienced the good and the ugly. Overall I am happy living here. The grounds are beautiful, apartments are spacious, decks are larger than the norm. The staff are nice but sometimes dont have good bed side manners. The maintenance crew are top rate and usually resolve issues within 24hrs.
The only real issue is the upper management. They treat you like you dont matter to them and tend to talk down to you. They arent willing to hear ideas to imrove the complex, spending a lot of time posting threating notes inside the building. Green Hill misses the boat in understanding the benifits of community and what they could offer.
