I have been a resident for almost a year now. Due to my line of work, I make only lumpsom commissions. Typically I would pay my rent months in advance. On one occassion, I thought that the payment was due and I had not got paid, so I paid over 85% of my rent (only oweing $200 dollars). Well to my surprise, I didn't owe for that month. They told me that they would just apply it for the month following. (Which was about 1.5 months away and said that they would call.) I, of course forgot all about the 200 since I am use to paying thousands at a time. I recieved a call at my job way after the due date (in which my 200 turned to 350 cause of late fees). Now I know for a fact that my neighbor gets an inviction notice every month, but I thought that they would treat their paying customers with much more respect!

I loved the grounds! Hated the storage! Hated the sound! Hated the appliances! Loved the neighbors! Even loved the staff when I first leased my home. This place was not respectful to me! I really wished that I could have broken my lease after that incident.
