Great, so happy!

First of all I would like to say that I am not an agent. I am a stay at home mom.
I read several reviews from this web site and took it all with a grain of salt. I was happy with what I read for these apt. My husband and I did lots of internet research and then narrowed it down to four places and drove to MI and chose Green Hill.
It's nice, it's clean, the snow is cleared, the garbage is removed, the maintenance is quick to respond, the parking is no problem, the neighbours are nice (and quiet), it's close to shopping (costco, meijers, target, buschs, blockbuster, golds gym, library, farmer jacks....)
Specifically regarding repairs when we moved in the garbage disposal wasn't working and the w/d were not hooked up yet (they were brand new). These problems were fixed in the first four days of us moving in.
The only complaint I have it that they gave us a figure for how much we owed for rent and deposit when we moved in. They needed a M.O. which we got and gave them when we picked up the keys (it was a sat afternoon). Once we gave them the M.O. they admited that they made a mistake and that we owed them another $22. They would not take cash and our checks were packed, somewhere. They sugested that we go to a 7/11 to get a M.O., instead we started to unpack our UHaul. Two days later we went to give them the cheque for $22 and they said we owed them an extra ten dollars (as a late fee). Bummer!
