I have lived here for 18 yrs. and plan to continue. Overall it is a nice place to live and rent has not been raised for many yrs now. Some of the apartment building entrances could use some sprucing up but I have found staff, especially current staff, to be responsive to concerns and requests. As a tenant, one also has the responsibility to report noisy disruptive neighbors and it has been my experience that staff WILL respond. Some of the tenants are a bit trashy but if you let the office know, they do address problems. I recommend the terrace units, better sound proofing and private entrances. Friends I have in the apartments have at times had problems with soundproofing issues. When choosing your unit it is wise to observe the balconies/entrances above, below, and next to you. If you see trashy balconies or patios, that is likely to result in poor quality neighbors. If you do end with with that situation anyway, COMPLAIN! This is a great location, reasonable rent and lovely grounds, lots of trees and open spaces, and next to a large park. Maintenance has always been fast and friendy. Over the years, painting, carpeting and appliances have been replaced as requested and needed.
