If you live on a lower level, you hear EVERYTHING that goes on upstairs. The water pipes bang like someone is hammering away at them.
The grounds are kept OK, but there is a problem with grubs that attract moles so it looks like a maze of mole hills.
You've probably heard the apartment name on the news if you've paid attention... break-ins, attempted abductions, etc. Certainly not a place to feel secure! No security patrol, no gated entrance. Be careful before you sign a lease!
