This complex is ridden with black mold and the ownership is keeping the secret from every one of it's tenants for fear of lawsuits. If you don't believe me check out your outdoor furnace room, if the drywall was "repaired" or there is a vent or holes cut in to your furnace then you are in a unit with a black mold problem! Little Tom Schumaker sent their maintenance staff to clean it up with shop vacs and rags and improper safety equipment, for fear of lawsuits if a real company came in wearing proper equipment just to put a few extra bucks in his own fat wallet. (anyone sick yet from it, poor guys) Once they cut the holes in your furnace, it blew the spores throughout your apartment without you even knowing and exposed everyone-GREAT IDEA TOM, next time listen to a qualified mold inspector instead of your own stupid idea. The staff was great and always willing to help, but their hands were always tied because of Tom's bottom line Christmas bonus he needed every year, I even heard he stiffed the staff last year of their 10.00 bonus while taking a nice juicy vacation in a warm client and left all of them to fend for their families on crackers and cheese for christmas dinner.
Whenever his wallet runs dry he fires someone so he can make a few more bucks or jacks up the rent until the complex fills up again. Run from Greenhell and don't even think about living there, unless you enjoy being treated like a piece of garbage. The apartments are spacious but old, numerous plumbing problems, the halls smell like dirty jockstraps, the washers are owned by the company so it is not a high priority to fix one if it breaks(cuz they might have to spend money for a part) Ever notice the staff moving appliances' It's cuz they won't buy anymore unless you ----- enough, from what I understand they are down almost 200 sets of appliances now, and just move them around when one goes bad. Avoid GREENHELL at all costs, your life and health might depend on it!
