I love it here... The grounds are beautiful.. Walking trails, pond, etc.
We're always out taking walks, throwing balls around, etc.
We even sled behind our building in the winter.
Our section of the community (2 bedroom units) is alot of young couples / families.
The units are not brand spankin' new, and the walls are not sound proof by any means, but that's apartment living. (If you're sensitive to noise, you may want to look elsewhere... You can hear when a neighbor's water turns on and there a normal kid noises..)
Other than that, the units are nice.. Carpets and walls are clean, floorplans are spacious, maintenance staff is great, some units have new appliances... the washer and dryer are normal sized, and there's plenty of storage space.
