I have lived her for approximately 8 months with my dog. It is a quiet area and the apartments are well insulated- no noise problems. I have not had any issues with dogs around the area. The interior is fairly good, the toilet seat needed to be replaced when I moved in but was not- looked like someone did drugs on it with the knife cuts. The clean-up crew did not do a good job upon move in, there was saw dust everywhere, dirty cupboards, low water pressure that needed to be adjusted and I manaaged to flood my bathroom once. The speaker system was not working either. Once I moved in I did not really have any issues until the cold set in and my heating bill was through the roof- about $120 a month and I am still cold. The A/C worked fine during the summer and the outdoor pool was beautiful.
