Moved in to greenhill in 06, upon viewing the apartment which was completely trashed I asked the girl showing the apartment if they would be replacing the carpeting. She said of course. Frankly I was insulted that I was shown such a dump. Well after paying the security deposit and and pet deposit I moved in.I havea cat. I've lived in 5 other apartments with this cat. I've never had a problem with this cat "spraying" before, EVER! speaking with several different vetrinarians they all told me that cats will not spray unless they smell the urine of another cat. When my lease was up, greenhill sent over some guy from a carpet company with a black light to show where my cat had sprayed. They then came back to me and said the price to repair/replace the carpet would be 500.00. Funny...considering that just happened to be the amount of my security deposit. THEY NEVER REPLACED THE CARPET TO BEGIN WITH!! Pretty nice scam they got goin!! Considering again that I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH MY CAT ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Just like the vet told me..a cat will not do that unless they smell the urine from another cat!! They never replaced the carpet to begin with and now im being told that I have to pay for their stupidity and outright LIES!! THIS PLACE FN SUCKS, ITS LOUD, THE GROUNDS LOOK LIKE ----, THE MAINTENANCE TAKES ANYWHERE FROM 2-5 WEEKS TO FIX ANYTHING. Oh and I cant forget about the BATS That lived above my entry door for nearly 1 year and would constantly ---- all the ground where I walked in to the apartment. When I asked them to get rid of the bats their response was "you know how to do it, why dont you do it". I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THIS DUMP OF A -------- TO ANYBODY. Not even mentioning how OLD and DUMPY everything looks in here. OVERPRICED DUMP!!
