I AM WARNING YOU, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. THE MANAGMENT HERE IS HORRIBLE. NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED!!! SERIOUSLY CONSIDER BEFORE YOU MOVE IN HERE.

Wow...that's a constructive review. No explainations or anything. Yeah, I'd trust that...whatever! I've been living at Green Hill for 3 years. I've never had to wait more than 3 hours for someone to come out if there was an issue. I've never had anyone enter without my knowledge (unlike other places I've lived), and the office staff works really hard to make sure that you're taken care of. It is a little drafty in the winter, but I rarely hear my upstairs neighbors. The parking lots are well lit and there are enough spaces that you don't have to park half a block away from your building. The grounds are neatly kept. Trash never piles up around our dumpster because they come out every other day, and the only pests I've had to deal with are spiders and rolly polly's now that it's getting cold; but even that is minimal compared to other places not far from Green Hill. I have, and will continue, to recommend this complex to friends. For the price, the size of these apartments are amazing (nearly 1000 sq ft...my sister's house is 1100 sq ft). I'm sorry -Anonymous- had a bad experience, but it really isn't the norm here.
