All is well untill you confront them with a problem they refuse to spend money to fix an environmental problem. Yes indeed save yourself the trouble! The beuracracy of this place is incredible. Little Hittler runs this place and can't take criticism nor does he care about his valuable customers. He employes his maintenance guys as his little army to try to bully and harrass the tenants because he can't handle being a decent business man to help his good paying customers when they are being exposed to harmful carcinogens and mold! Beware. Take your money elsewhere!

Sounds like this person works at Green Hill since they were so quick to discredit the review. Probably someone from PR and marketing. Why would this person be checking an apartment rating review if they were so happy? Usually people blog and review when they are in search of an apartment or when they are leaving, and desire to share their experience. So this reviewer just decided out of the blue, "Oh I think I will check the apartment ratings where I live because I am so happy." Sounds like the company is just trying to discredit the previous reviewer, so it doesn't hit them in the pocket book and add to their already damaged reputation as a business. As you very well can see by this site and other review sites this company has some very detailed and specific negative responses. I came to this site and others, because I am searching for a nice place to live and trying to avoid any complications and difficulties. I always honor and consider when negative feedback is posted. If it can happen to one, it can happen to all. I will definately take my money elsewhere. Thanks to all of those tenants who are honest and willing to take the time to review, to help other consumers make good decisions when in search of a place to rent.

Wow, that is pretty strong but very vague. An example of what has made this writer angry would would certainly help to give it some credibility. In my years of living at Green Hill I have experienced nothing that would support this review. Staff have been polite and responsive, maintenance always courteous. I know one can't please everyone but overall my experience has been positive. Not a very helpful review without some specific information.

I've been living at Green Hill since 2006 and I've had nothing but good experieriences here. First of all, this place is run by WOMEN...and they are very quick to respond to problems and maintenance issues. I've even had maintenance call me back the next day to verify everything was fixed the way I needed it done. I've been previously hospitalized by the negligence of a prior appartment complex, which is why I moved to Green Hill, Green Hill not only met my needs by providing me a first floor apartment, but also put in handicap parking in front of my building...something the other appartment complex wasn't willing to do. They also responded quickly when called about kids spray painting buildings and braking sapplings. The only reason I would leave this place is to find a house...and if you don't believe me, check out my other postings.
