The staff is very good in not revealing the facts of their property. Initially I had wanted a 1 bedroom apt. on the 2nd floor. I was showed the model apt. which had plenty of storage space. Afterwards when we wanted to stay on the ground floor, we weren't told that the closet space is just half. When asked, they don't even acknowledge it as a mistake. Carpet stinks, worn out so much it doesn't look existing. Covered parking allotment is so secretively done by the staff it puts into shame. Few staff are exceptional and few are the dumbest and most snobbish I have ever seen
