I have lived in Country Ridge since Oct. '03, and I am quite happy with this apartment. I have had several things fixed in the apartment since I have been there, and they have been taken care of promptly: brand new windows in my bedroom, new sink in the bath, new stove (ours broke and we got a brand new one the next day), brand new linoleum in the kitchen, a leak in the toilet, and even lightbulbs changed! Yes, the apartments are old, but when I speak up, I always get quick attention! Our apartment is huge-before renting this aparment, my roomate researched the aparments in the area, and found this is a great apartment for the money regarding the square footage, ours is almost 1300 sq ft for a 2 bedroom, plenty of room! The only pet peave I have is the garbage. There are only 3 bins for the whole complex, which is fairly large. Yes, it gets gross, but it isn't in my view, so it really doesn't matter that much. I actually recommend this apartment highly!
