Danger !! Approach with Caution

First of all, the staff goes through there like a revolving door. There has been a post light at the entrance drive out since November 2000 and still out today. Take a look at that main sign at the entrance, it looks like something they did at Kinder Care. The retention pond in front is something out of a horror movie. There is so much moss and mold growing it is just plain gross. Their idea of trash removal is the WORST. It is one location next to the office that is always overflowing, smelly and a health hazzard. It is not conveneint and you have to drive with your trash either in the car to get it there because the office is nowhere near your apartment or risk scratching your car by placing the bag on your trunk. The tennis courts are like playing on cracked asphalt with all the weeds growing through. If you live on the second floor, bring your umbrella due to all the roof leaks. The parking lots are like mine fields, and try dodging all the dog poop piles. I haven't had to hop around so much since Desert Storm. Plus, don't be fooled by appearances. The sprinkler system only works as you drive in. In the summer the grass around my apartment was a fire hazzard. The lack of professionalism there is appauling. Beware of your security deposit because they have every intention of nickle and diming you. I lived with holes in my ceiling for 16 months so finally I moved. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and keep driving. There are better places to live where the people give a damn and realy care. This place is owned by Equity Residential, so that should say it all.
