I've lived at Country Ridge since late 2002, and have always found the office and maintenance staff to be friendly, professional and quite helpful. I feel safe letting my child play outside, and the grounds, including the pavement, landscaping, and sprinkler system are all kept up exceedingly well. Things are quite different from earlier postings ratings I've read, and NO, I'm not from corporate.
They even let you plant your own garden if you live on the lower level, and they have parties at least twice a year at the pool.
Not any place is perfect, but they truly strive to do their best.
