Constant problem with Knats(suggest you get exterminations weekly), there are couple of sex offenders in this complex, people use drugs in my building (even solicited my son to purchase). Extremely, poor maintenance! This management staff is extremely friendly before you sign a lease (don't be deceived by these people-their phony) and they will rip you off, they simply try to lure you in with these "so called" deals and than screw you around, I pay and have paid my rent a month prior every month (so I'm not someone just gripping b/c I have rental issues) I just feel like I pay on time and should receive quality services!!!!! I am embarssed to have anyone come to this dump. I guess I was an "Ass" for assuming that all the changes that were being done in the front of the complex would be completed for the entire complex and that all the maintenance request I asked for prior to my move in would be taken care as told to me by Lindsey and Jaime!!!

I have found a fabulous luxury apartment in Dearborn and I mentioned this place and they laughed in my face. They personally know Jaime and told me that he and some of the other staff members are not capable of the challange of managing an apartment complex of that capacity PROPERLY at least. It is very obvious and I thank GOD for my only signing a 6 months lease, which they have seem to turn into a 7 month lease. I'll give that extra month but they can rest assure I will NEVER live in that DUMP again!!!!! I use to love apartment living until I came here-this has been the worst experience in my life. I almost want to call FOX 2 news Hall of Shame. Everyone should know about this place.

Oh and I had to tell them to patch the holes in the walls, before I moved in!!!!

I'm about to move into this place - now I'm really nervous. I hope these are just freak individual experiences and not the experience of most people. If I see even one roach I will be the most annoying tenant these people have ever met - that was one thing I addressed during my walk-through ..maybe I should ask to see the exact apartment I am going to be in before I move in. Hmm..
