I agree with almost every other person that has left a review on this site. Do NOT move into this complex.

I agree with a comment someone else made about how the leasing staff is super nice when you come to look at the apartments. But once you sign the lease, nothing gets done, and you realize it was all just a bunch of lies. I wish I would have found this site before I moved in!

Maintenance has not fixed many of the issues I reported prior to moving in (in the spring). The heating in my apartment won't shut off, so I have to leave the windows open at all times, and now they want to raise the gas cost by $20 a month! My washer and dryer doesn't work either.

The back door to my building does not lock, so people that don't live here come into the building all the time. My neighbors also hang out with their friends in the hallway, and the complex will not do anything about it. They just ask me to "write a letter" and bring it to the office, but it never gets better.

Parking is a nightmare. If I get home after 9 or 10 at night, there are NO spots near my building, and I have to park somewhere else.

At one point, they even claimed they did not receive my rent check, and tried to charge me $75.00.

This complex does not know what they are doing. It has a lot of potential, but obviously, it's being improperly managed.
