(user photo) The peeling paint on the tub (user photo) Cable outlet that has been like this since day one. It will not stay in the wall. (user photo) Plastic that I had to put over the windows to keep the heat in, otherwise it was freezing! (user photo) The attractive banister in the hallway. Doesn't look too safe with that loose screw.

something breaks don't expect it to get fixed right or quickly

a plus to have a washer and dryer in the apartment is more than erased when they take over a week to fix. they had to fix my heat 5 times since I moved in because it shoots up to 80 or 85 even if you turn the heat off. schedule a time for them to come in and they probably won't show and won't get back to.
