I have only lived here for 2 months. The gutters leak on the buildings. The golfers are drunk and do not follow proper golf etiquette. This is important since most apartments are on one of the fairways of the golf course. The people who have lived here for 10 years say the golf course itself is in the worst shape ever. People are not rewarded for renewing their leases. People who should not be living here (because they spend all their time screaming and physically abusing each other) never seem to get in trouble only the people that complain about them. If you have a child or are a person with a handicap there is no support or caring from the owners. The heat is turned off to save money way too early when its still cold outside. The faucets drip. The drywall is caving in. The appliances are cheap and old. The sewers back up. The maintenance people have no money to fix things properly. The management does not want to spend any money to fix the doors, the windows, etc. instead they band-aid it and have been for a while. Trim is falling off the walls. There are bent screens. Windows leak. Not all the electrical outlets work. There are sewer heads and gas controls under carpeting that poke up and you can cut yourself on them. The door handles are broken off the electrical closets. There are broken electrical meters. Now the complex is charging an extra $500/month if you want a month-to-month lease. Most apartments look like they have not been updated since 1950. You do not golf for free if you are a resident, you still have to pay to play golf.

you are an idiot. This is the best golf course to live on/near. This guy is a total liar. He probably just sits at home all day long complaining about the world. Give it up OLD MAN, things will never like you. I hope next I go golfing I smash my ball into your window.

The place is a total ghetto. I've lived in the adjacent complex for 8 years. All the crime seems to come from the cockroaches who live in Independence Green. Parole officers should patrol the in addition to a 24/7 police patrol. Mine as well build a jail in the middle of the complex. Not SAFE, not SAFE at all. If you don't beleive me, the FHPD will concur with the assesment; aka "the projects of Farmington Hills"
