Do not live in these apartments. I lived in a one bedroom apartment here for three years. When I first moved in the office staff was really nice and helpful. Over time, however, the staff has changed and their service has declined. Most of the time when I try to talk to someone there the staff acts like I'm asking for them to part the ocean or something. They'd rather be talking on the phone or to the other staff members than help a resident.

This place is also not safe. Every year I've lived here multiple apartments have been broken into. Cars have also been stolen from the parking lot. I honestly believe it's the maintenance staff. They are a shady bunch of people. I've come home early from work several times and have seen them looking into peoples cars. They also like to make catcalls at young women. I've talked to them before about this because they were saying stuff to my girlfriend as she was getting out of her car. This happened on several occasions.

The golf course. They have been making an effort to clean it up lately. The major issue is the people who play on it. A majority of the people golfing here have no clue what golf etiquette is. The ranger often times does nothing about it as well. Residents also will walk on the golf course or grill on the course behind their apartment. They are annoyed when you ask them to move because you're trying to play golf. You also have people who do not pay that just walked out from their apartment.

The apartment itself was mediocre. The heat, in the winter, is either really hot or not working. When the heat is working during the winter the hot water is at a minimum. If you have more than one person showering, the second person will likely run out of hot water. The walls are also very thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations or their TV.

All in all, I would never live here again or recommend this place to anyone.
