Just to let everyone know. I have lived here for 5 years. It appauls me to see people on here bashing these apt's. Obviously, The only people who put their comments on here are the ones that get evicted because they have 10 people living in a one bedroom or they just have nothing else to do than complain. Maintenence is always there to fix your problem that you have, office staff is real kind and helpful. They actually greet you with a smile at the door. When I moved in I received new carpet, a free accent wall and dishwasher at no charge. I am on a top floor and just love the view of the golfcourse. The prices are great and you get a free Powerhouse gym membership. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The prices are good, amenities good, good location, and they do not hike your renewal prices up like some places do. So to future residents look at the place see what they have to offer and dont let some of these people on here discourage you. Those are the ones that are not happy with themselves. Get over it!!!!!!!!!! Choose IGA!!!!!
