I have been renting for 5 years in 2 different states, and this is by far, the worst apartment i've ever lived in. There was no heat for 2 weeks in december resulting in a 50 degree apartment, my smoke detector still does not work, my bathroom is leaky, and the hot water doesn't always work. Had I known about this website before I moved here, I never would have given independance green a single dollar of my money.

What the hell you expect for what you pay in rent? You want a quality apartment and management for cheap rent? Get a brain and move to a nice complex and pay more. You moved here cuz it was cheap and would rent to 400 credit ratings. You get what you pay for so shut-up and move if you want quality you little baby!!

Hmmm looks like one more good reason NOT to live at Independence Green. The manager comes on this site and bashes people for telling about their experiences. Maybe Anonymous above me should get off his rear end and try to fix the place up instead of sitting on the internet insulting people who are only telling how they feel.
