(user photo) Plastic that I had to put over the windows to keep the heat in, otherwise it was freezing! (user photo) The attractive banister in the hallway. Doesn't look too safe with that loose screw.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear everyone in the building and from outside the parking lot. Management is a bunch of crackers. There are crazy people here. Cars get vandalized or stolen. There are many break-ins. This property violates many city, state and federal ordinances and laws.

Oh not to mention the murder that happened there about 5 years ago. At least it was domestic, not random. I wonder which apartment it happened in?
