(user photo) Plastic that I had to put over the windows to keep the heat in, otherwise it was freezing! (user photo) The attractive banister in the hallway. Doesn't look too safe with that loose screw.

I have lived at IG for 4 mo. now and so far it is o.k. I would suggest that anyone who plans on moving into IG to check out your ACTUAL apartment b4 moving in. I ended up settling on the 3rd apartment they was shown to me. The first one looked as though the "area" had a lot of drama in it. The second apartment was outdated. The complex I live in is great. The neighbors keep to themselves. A downside is the paper thin walls. Even if you were a quiet tenant I think everything you did could be heard by neighbors, sometimes I can hear my neighbor snoring. LOL . That shows how thin they are. Oh, and I hate that the mail is sooo far.
