Here's a list of things that have gone wrong in the last year. Fist when I moved in, I noticed that there is a 3-4 foot drop from my doorwall, they said if they fix mine, then they have to fix everyone else's. Then the hot water was leaking in the bathtub, and caused my bathroom to turn into a sauna, which caused yellow water drops to form all over the walls anc ceiling and it took them days to come out and clean after they had to replace all the piping in the shower unit.

Then we needed a new garbage disposal. The hot water and heat have gone out several times. There is black mold on my bedroom window frame. There have been several daylight break-ins. When the person who lives upstairs takes a shower or does laundry, don't dare take a shower yourself, or you will be burned by water and then it goes ice cold.

Not to mention everytime I call up front you talk to a different manager, and they act like they are doing you a favor and everything is your fault. They don't care about anything. They will also charge you if you don't write a 60 day notice of moving, not your normal 30 day notice. Go somewhere else.

I broke an ankle because of a drop like that. They told me it wasn't their responsibility to keep up the property...and that was CORPORATE's response, after no one on property would help me. All I wanted was for someone to fill it in with dirt! Cheap rent is not worth your health or your safety.

I apreciate people like you all posting a response of your stay it helps inform people when looking for a home. I was thinking about moving in here but after the low rating a lot recent. I will cancel my appointment and I have since excepted another apartment. Hope you can get out of this place. And if nothing else your response helped them lose another tenent and maybe many more that just didn't respond on this site. Thank You!
