(user photo) Plastic that I had to put over the windows to keep the heat in, otherwise it was freezing! (user photo) The attractive banister in the hallway. Doesn't look too safe with that loose screw.

The biggest problem was the bugs. Eradico had to come more than a few times and things still never got better. The managment is not great and not tenant friendly. I think the only good thing about this place was the price...trust me you get what you pay for. Trust me another $50 would be well worth it!! I have been living in apartments the past 7 years with college and school and never have I disliked a place as much as Independence Green...buyer beware.
