My boyfriend and I moved in Jan 31 of 09. It was our first time living in an apt (we always lived with relatives in a house that we shared). We have been there for aboout 3 1/2 months now. We have the large one bedroom. When we moved in, our leasing agent encourage us to move in on Jan 31 because it would be a free day....How about when we received our March bill, they were trying to charge us for it. Good thing it was in our lease. They gave us a $300 visa gift card for moving in when it was a special, so that was cool. But overall, we like our apt. We are not in the "hood" section, our apt is close to Grand River near the bank, across from the Jamestown apts. I would suggest this apt complex to a friend, but I would say....make sure u can pay ur rent on time, because after the 1st your s#*t is late with a $75 late fee. They do not play. And like the other reviews you read, it is like 2000 units, a mini-community in itself.

No hunny, I'm far from ghetto but I am from Tha D-Schoolcraft if you wanna be exact: and if you know anything about us we dont talk, we just handle our s#*t, okay? Enough said. I know how to handle my busy when problems occur. Sounds like you dont. U sound like an uneducated, unhappy, wanna be smart a$$ that aint nothing but talk.
