This apartment complex was not anywhere near as wonderful as I thought it would be when I signed my lease. I was on the bottom floor in the back of the complex, and though my view was great, I had problems within my apartment. There were bugs all the time despite trying every kind of bug spray possible, and not just the ordinary bugs but cenitpedes, huge spiders, and other bugs that I could not decipher. My toilet overflowed 7 times and it wasn't even in use when it happened, it would just start bubbling up and overflow onto the floor for no reason at all. Also, water and stuff would come up through my sinks, and they blamed this and the toilet mysteriously overflowing on the fact that there were two floors above me and that it would happen in a large apartment complex--never have I heard of this happening before. They would snake out the drains, but it would end up happening again. The dryer always took at least 2 cycles to dry and the dishwasher hardly ever entirely cleaned a load. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, just too many problems especially with sanitation regarding the overflow of the toilet and sinks. Plus if you live in the back, good luck in the winter parking your car up the side of the hill because they don't keep the parking lot very clear, nor do they salt it too often. Cars park every crazy way too in the winter because of the poor conditions of the parking lot. I almost fell on the steps many times because they were literally sheets of ice, and I'm a pretty steady young person.
