We've been here 5 months so far and we already cant wait to get out. The parking lots are terrible, very small and very hard to get in and out. As I stated we have been here 5 months and we haven't had hot water 3 times already, I've been renting apartments for the last 5 years and I have never had an issue with hot water until this place. The gym is ok for being free but it's honestly a piece of junk, the free gym membership was our deciding factor on moving in here but it's really not worth it. Their idea of new counters is just painting over the old ones and out bath tub was also just painted over and is now peeling. AS for noise, you can pretty much here everything your neighbor does which definitely gets annoying. There is some lighting outside of the apartments at night but there has been weeks when our area doesnt come on. The staff upfront are extremely nice especially the lady we worked with on our lease, but there is one lady up there that is very rude. Overall this place definitely needs to be fixed up and having lived in several apartments in this area this one has definitely been the worst one. Also after reading some of the other reviews and seeing some of the comments to those reviews I've become very disgusted, especially if it's the staff writing those comments. Sitting behind a computer attacking a person instead of figuring out solutions to the problems will not better your apartment community, I think it's time for some people to grow up and act a little more mature.

You know whats funny is that the apartment community reported my review (above) and not I cant write any reviews from my IP address. Get over it IGA. You are a HORRIBLE apartment community.
