I have lived at kendallwood apts for 13 years and I LOVE IT!...my neighbors are the nicext older coupld I have ever met and have lived there since it was BUILT! I have always had my maintence done no more then a day or 2 afta i asked. the maintience m en are very friendly and actually explained what to in case sumthin like this ever happened again. compared to other complexs i have heard about this place is a palace. Every place has there ups and downs but the manager is awsome about bein on top of it. I recommend this to alot of people and because i have i got 400 DOLLERS OFF MY RENT!!
