I have been here for a year and a half. The place was not cleaned to par when I first arrived but eh we all clean before we get really settled any way. I pay 750 for a 1 bedroom with no washer and dryer. Water is included in the rent which is ok. But I can find a bigger and newer apartment for the price that I am paying. Have not have a problem with the maintence staff. Actually only had to call once cause the door was broken and did not lock. Office staff was great. And to rent out the clubhouse only 100 bucks. There shovel before the snow even gets a chance to fall. Each resident has a coved parking space. 8/10
