I moved in back in 2005. I payed 645 for a 1bed which isnt that bad for FH. After my lease was up it went back up to 745, i thought that was a little crazy for 750 spft so I asked if I could get a new special they said sure, there was a little miscommuncation between a leasing agent and I about the price..shes long gone now, but I get a lower rate after signing a new lease.. Im lookin to buy a house with my now husband.. AND I DONT WANNA GO..they office people are great its a mother and her daguhter and they are the sweetest and actually get stuff DONE..maintance has always came same day..Plus I feel safe because I work day and mu hubby works nights, doors are always locked and great neighbors. Im tryin to convience my husband to get a Townhouse to we can stay here.
Most places dont give a crap about you after you sign your lease but this place actually does and they actually want you to stay they dont make u feel like your bothering them, ID HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIVING HERE! It may be a little more then some places but you get every pennies worth.
