Very old apartments, You will get lot of heat and electric bills because of the scrap A/C, heating mahines and poor window treatments. They manager will talk to you very decent at the time of signing the lease, but once you sign the lease they will not respond to any of your complaints.
totally these apartments are very bad especially the maintenence.
