I've lived at Muirwood for over a year now and it's been great! It's in one of the top ten safest cities in America, Farmington Hills, and it's close to almost every trendy downtown area in southeastern Michigan, such as Royal Oak, Birmingham,and Farmington. I have also not had any problems with the management or business office -- they are very kind and courteous, and they even give a three day grace period for the rent! The area is also very clean (except there are a lot of geese around, but I think they're cute) and green, lots of trees and rolling lawns between the buildings. All in all, Muirwood has been an awesome place to live. I've even gone out to lunch a couple times with the lady in the office who takes my rent checks! It's just really friendly and pleasant.
