Dishonest Management

Although I have not lived here, I have toured the apartments. Although the outside of the building are run down and cheap-looking, the inside of the places are not bad. Our problem was not with the apartment but with the management. After looking the place over, the woman who showed us around told me that I should put a deposit down to hold my place, so that nobody could claim it before I got back the next day. She assured me that my deposit was totally refundable, no questions asked, if I decided that I did not want to live there (in fact, she claimed "We want to make everyone happy, and do not want your money if you don't want to live here"). When I decided on another place, I went back for my deposit, and they would not give it to me. Then management was rude, and told me that I was a liar. On top of the management problems, the area has too much traffic, and the community is situated right next to I-275, so, peaceful the surroundings are not. Don't waste your time with this place.
