Yes, there is noise from I-275, but depending on where you live in the complex, it's not that loud. And it's what I consider "white noise" - something that is constantly there, but you learn to tune out.

It's realtively quiet. I have some rude neighbors that blast their music extremely loud from time to time, but the management acted very quickly and sent them a letter. Hopefully that will take care of the problem.

Assigned parking - love it! No more searching for a spot. I have the bonus of having my carport right outside my front door.

Anything that I have needed fixed has been taken care of in a matter of days. All of them were non-emergency problems, so waiting a few days wasn't a problem.

I don't think that the buildings are dumpy on the outside. Yes, some may need minor repair, but it's not a ghetto or anything. The landscaping is nice too.

I have a 2 bedroom/2 bath and I love it. They're spaceous, the appliances are newer used models, the carpet is in good shape.

I'm really happy there (so far) and haven't had any major problems.
