I lived in a 1-br for a year and highly recommend Polo Club. The apartment itself was in good shape, had a great layout, and all the amenities with modern appliances. The leasing staff was very friendly and helpful throughout move-in and move-out. I had a few maintenance issues (filter on furnace, and a few loose bathroom tiles) and they were fixed promptly and permanently. My rent was $675 but was discounted from $800 because my unit was close to the freeway (I-275). Freeway noise was minimal in my unit so I ended up with a great deal!
