I stayed in a 1 BR, second floor apartment in polo club for 5 months. I had to move because of work to ann arbor, a city i like a lot more than farmington hills. But i was sorry to let go of my apartment. I had one of the NICEST apartments. Lots of sunlight, huge windows, great view, no noisy neighbours. The ladies that manage the place are really nice too. When the movers broke the light fixture outside the apartment, the maintenance folks fixed in cheerfully, no questions. I recommend these apartments highly. These are inexpensive and have better floor plans than the more expensive communities like Citation Club.
