I moved to Polo Club in August of 05 and have had nothing but a great expereince so far. I searched through all of Novi and F. Hills for a safe apt w/ good amenities and a fair price and I am so glad that I chose Polo Club. My apt is on the 2nd floor and is beautiful. There are great window ledges, vaulted ceilings, lots of windows, and mine had brand new carpeting and new linoleum. The washer and dryer are full sized and appear to be brand new. I have had a few minor maintenance issues and they were always addressed same day or next. I get a carport included.
It is quiet and safe, I never feel apprehensive walking to and from my door at night. I like the private entrances also.
My only complaints would be that the mailbox is old and it sounds like nails on a chalkboard when I open it, and the workout facility is very dated. My next door neighbor smokes and I can occasionally smell it by the entryway of my door. The security deposit is a little high, but I can't see why I wouldn't get it back.
The ladies in the front office are wonderful. They are always very nice and pleasant and even offered to call me to tell me when a package that I was waiting for had arrived. They know me by name and are extremely helpful if I need anything.
I would highly recommend Polo Club to anyone looking for a nice apartment. I almost moved into another local apartment that APPEARED to have nice amenities, but upon finding this website I learned of the high crime at that complex and started looking. I toured approx 12-15 other apartments and compared them to this website and the amenities offered and Polo Club was by far the best choice. I love it here...
