I have lived here for almost a year. So, far its been alright. The complaiants I have are: My air conditioner broke, flooding my closet. They have to get to the air/heat unit via your closet in your bedroom. Thats not cool. I had to take all my clothes & shoes out. WHen they did come to fix it, they left all the crap they blew out of the clogged tubes (dirt and other disgusting debris) behind. THe carpet was also soaking wet still. I had to call them to come out and clean up the mess they left behind. When it rains, I find ear wigs and centipeides by the cold air return in my room (where the heater/air conditioner is). I kill a spider a least 2-3 times per week. My fridge broke down. I called their "emergency" maintenece number(3x and left messages). No one returned my call until the next day. I had to toss items that couldnt fit in a freinds freezer/fridge. And when they did fix it all I got from the front office was a "real sorry about your fridge...". No apology/explanation about WHY their "emergency" maintenence # was useless! When I first moved in the carpet (espically around the base boards) was filthy. They had clamed the cleaned it before I moved in, but it is disgusting! There is also a rather large crack in the celing that was fixed by just painting over it... They offered to re-clean the carpets AFTER I had moved everything in, but that was going to be more hassle for me and I am sure it would have been half-assed too! There is also a stain resembling throw up reminiance. The carpet should have been replaced! The blinds were also pretty dirty. Other than thoes items, things have been fine. I live in a unit by the expressway. You can barley hear the traffic. It has a washer and dryer which worked fine. It is pretty spacious (bathroom a little smaller than I like)
