I only lived here for four months in a sublet apartment before moving into a different city in August last year.
Just wanted to leave a few comments for prospective leasees.
The apartments are one of the best in Farmington Hills. Very spacious with lots of windows looking out in different directions, which allows the breeze in if you open them. Saves on air conditioning in the summer.
The apartments are well kept. New roofing was installed in April 2006 (I know I went through lots of noise having them replaced), and the driveways were renewed with a fresh layer.
I have a good memory living there. Don't hesitate anymore if you are thinking about moving in but not sure. You'll be glad you did.
