We were very happy here.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
A friend and I rented a 2bed/2bath split floorplan on the second level from 2004-2006. We absolutely loved it there.
The layout is awesome -- both master suites were comfortably large, and allow for a lot of privacy as they are on opposite sides of the apartment. Nice big living/dining area, and a private balcony. The kitchen is HUGE compared to most apartments, and the storage/laundry area off the kitchen gave us plenty of storage room and a place for kitty litter for our two cats. Also, no bug problem at all (we were on a 2nd floor)
We rarely had any maintenance problems, and when we did, they were taken care of promptly. Parking was never an issue, always well lit and plentiful.
The ladies in the office are SO nice and friendly. Always ready to help.
The only problem we had was when they were painting front doors, and left them open (we were alerted that they would be left open). They ended up locking our cat in a bedroom and didn't let him out when they left. He was left with no food/water/litter box for most of the day, and clawed the carpet beneath the door to try and escape.
We alerted the office of what happened, and they were more concerned for the health/safety of the kitty than they were for the carpet. They took care of the carpet for us -- no fee/no problem. They were VERY helpful for that situation.
Downsides' Loud, obnoxious kids at the pool. Utility bills were kind of high, probably due to the cathedral ceilings. That's pretty much it.
Definitely recommend this place.
