I have been living in this apt for almost 3 yrs now, and this is the best apt i have been in. The management is very friendly and prompt in handling repair requests. The apt is well maintained and I love the layout of my apt. The only issue I have ever had is that we run up huge energy bills, other than that everything has been wonderful.

You don't sound authentic or you are the luckiest one. * I have spoken with many of my friends and not even a single person is close to say they would extend the lease * Management themseselve accepted (and I saw it) they have tons of pending work orders coz of which they are 2-3 weeks behind schedule * There is no insulation in the building. Every nook and cornor is leacking cold air even the power outlets. * and last of all why are you writing the review now.

I am considering moving here, but am a little worried that several people complained about the high cost of utilites. What do you pay for gas/electric in the summer and winter?
