You have to many choices in the city don't give yourself a headache by renting here.

- Invasion of insects (Box Elder's/Ant's/Spider/Centipedes) Box Elders by the hundreds no joke. I was killing 15-20 a day. Then used bug spray/soap spray but only last a few days. They nest in all the buildings.
- Moved in place wasn't fully repainted, I had to wash down some of the walls
- Sound travels very well here a little to good.
- Insulation what's that furnace never shuts off from Nov thru April
- AC unit went out 2 times and neighbors unit above leaked into my apartment
- Management staff needs replacement - More like grumpy old women
- Everything is old and worn out from dishwasher/washer etc...
- View apartment before signing anything and document all damages

- Neighbors mostly good and respectful
- Maintenance staff friendly, just need the proper tools and money to fix things correctly the first time.
