Be careful when signing a lease!!
We signed a 6 month lease for 885/month. When our lease was up they offered an additional 6 month lease for 965/month! THEY INCREASED IT BY $80.00!!
They realized we couldn't afford to move for an additional 80/month, so made us pay more.
Becareful!!
