Worst apartments I have ever lived. No maintaince at all. When I moved in last year AC was broke I filed complains many times but nothing was done. Same with other maintaince things.
But on the other hand I was late for my rent only one day and it was due to weekend and they charged 340 dollars as late fee and threatend me to take to court If I do not pay it on time.

Well they wouldnt take you to court if you paid your rent on time LOSER!
