I lived at these apartments in 2004-2005. This was the worst place I ever lived. It appears Farmington hills has an undeserved 'good reputation'. Many of the apartment buildings are just garbage this being one of the worst. The management (and even though it changed once while I was there). Is full of liars and idiots. Jeanine is scum and the only thing they care about is getting paid, and not doing their part. I had an apartment on the third floor. They promised to get it ready when I signed the lease, but it was dirty and half the lights/ sockets didn't work. The air conditioner NEVER worked and my apartment got to temperatures of 110 F. They just never do anything. They keep the outside fairly decent but soon as you go in a building you can tell that this place is a farce. They have a security hut with a gate at the enterance, that is NEVER occupied and the gates don't even seem to work and are always open. I suggest, and strongly warn you to stay as far from these unscrupulous idiots as possible.
